Modern printer technology
requires expensive and technically perfect cartridges
which most of the time cost the same or even more
than the material contained in them. The fabrication
material of these cartridges
is plastic and if disposed requires several hundred
years to decompose. Recycling ''reconstruction''
reduces significantly the waste material in the
environment since these same cartridges can be
remanufactured several times. The residual ink,
toner and ribbons are collected in special containers
that are sent to special companies for waste disposal
processing.

The reconstruction
of printer cartridges
is realized with modern equipment that follow
similar steps as the original manufacturing process
and use the same raw material (ink, toner, ribbon).
During the reconstruction process, all parts that
require replacement are replaced with new ones,
thus ensuring that the life and the performance
of the cartridge is exactly the same as the original.
Of course the final
stage of the production is the Quality control
stage where after completing the quality tests
a quality certificate is generated. Every
printer cartridge, from the moment it is introduced
into the production, is recorded with its own
serial number and monitored through out its useful
life. Reconstruction using the appropriate technology,
knowledge and raw material ensures that the resulting
product is equal to the original with the only
difference a cost reduction between 40%-50%
(Price
list).

Do not throw away
your used cartridges, you will need a second set
to begin the recycling process. Don't forget that
it is your cartridges that save you time and money.
